Surrounded by mountains and greenery, Vi’s House offers privacy, quietness, and comfort — perfect for slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and enjoying meaningful moments, whether you’re here for a short escape or a longer stay.

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by booking through Airbnb or contacting us directly via WhatsApp at +84 989 388 972.
Just send us your travel dates and number of guests, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Are meals included with the stay?

Meals are not included in the stay.
However, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to cook comfortably. Upon request, we can help arrange BBQ dinners, recommend local restaurants, or assist with food delivery options during your stay.

What check-in and check-out times should I follow?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
If you plan to arrive earlier or later than the standard check-in time, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What services and assistance do you offer during the stay?

As a family-run rest house, we don’t offer traditional hotel room service.
However, we’re always happy to help with BBQ arrangements, local recommendations, transportation, and anything you may need to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay

Is parking available on site?

Yes, free private parking is available on site.
Guests can park safely within the villa area during their stay.

Are pets allowed at the Vi’s House?

Yes, pets are welcome at Vi’s House.
We kindly ask guests to inform us in advance and take good care of their pets during the stay to keep the house comfortable for everyone.

Is the property wheelchair-accessible?

Vi’s House is a single-story house with a ground-floor bedroom, which can be suitable for guests using wheelchairs. However, please note that some outdoor areas, such as stone paths and the garden, may be uneven and not fully wheelchair-friendly. We recommend contacting us in advance to discuss specific accessibility needs, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Do you have Wi-Fi available for guests?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The connection is strong and stable, suitable for remote work, video calls, and everyday browsing.

Yes, there are many beautiful local attractions nearby.
Vi’s House is located close to scenic villages, mountain viewpoints, trekking routes, and local farms in the Sâu Chua area. Sa Pa town center, with its cafés, markets, and cultural sites, is about 20 minutes away. We’re always happy to recommend nearby places to explore, depending on your interests and the season.
